I’m frustrated

Go Pro 3 black will not turn on

just recieved my new Go Pro 3 Black christmas present partially charged and connected it to go pro site for update which failed in middle,now camera wont turn on at all even after recharging (red light on rear constantly blinking). have sold all others in anticipation of new product, what a dissapointment. Tried customer support but no joy yet. Found quite a lot of similar problems being experienced by others on line.

got in touch with support Netherlands by phone and after 5 mins they agreed to sending me a new go pro black and are even sorting out pick up and redelivery with DHL from home address. They have reedemed some cred from me again anyway.
